Jealous Minds

Dear Yuletide Author,

Thank you for wanting to write one of my fandoms. For the past few years I have pinch-hit but never been fully in the exchange so I'm excited to finally get to write this letter.

For some quick background on myself, I am over 18 with a degree and masters in international relations and working currently within the sphere of regulation so I love a good escape from reality. I have been in the fandom space for far too long and my fandoms are as eclectic as the day is long. I'm genuinely stoked to receive anything so feel free to go off with whatever inspires you. 

First off some initial wants that would go for any fandom: 
- I love single parent AUs (there is a running joke with my partner that I am trying to write one for every single fandom) 
- I love found families
- I love when people play with tropes in unexpected ways
- I love historical AUs from random times and I love learning about something the author is passionate about through their writing, so feel free to tell me all about your interests gratuitously in a fic. 

General do not wants: 
- Cheating
- Incest
- Beastiality
- Watersports/Scat
- Non-Con 

 

Fandom One Monsters of Verity - V. E. Schwab 
Characters: August Flynn, Katherine "Kate' Harker

This is a world that has me enamoured, I consumed both of the books as fast as I could. I loved the idea of monsters being created by evil acts and that each city had different monsters based on the types of crimes that were most prevalent in those areas. 

Some ideas: 
- What happens after Our Dark Duet? How do August and Kate go on with their lives? 
- Orchestra AU! where August is a violinist with a dark past and Kate wants to get closer 
- What is it like in other cities? What kind of monsters consume people there and can August and Kate truly help? 


- Feel free to go as dark as you want, I would love to see what you can come up with. Honestly, anything more would be divine. 

 

Fandom Two 붉은 달 푸른 해 Children of Nobody
Characters: Lee Eunho, Kang Jihyun


Due to the content of the show, I am slightly more flexible in my do not wants, it can be mentioned, people can talk about the issues but I don't want it be graphic on page actions against people. For example, a character could talk about experiencing non-consensual sex and talk about that and how they feel etc. But I don't want them to be assaulted on page. 

What can I say about this drama? I loved it and it is one I have recommended to so many people. I loved the chase for the killer and I remember being so frustrated when I was watching it as it was airing, the episode where Jihyun looked at the person's face right at the end and in the next episode it was revealed to be a mask. As your usual LGBT person, I just want everything to be a little bit gay, and you can't tell me Eunho and Jihyun did not have chemistry. 'You must have a fantasy about me' In my head the answer to that statement by Eunho was yes. 

Some ideas: 
- An AU where Eunho and Jihyun find a way to be together 
- Jihyun in the aftermath of Eunho's death 
- Pining 
- Enemies to Lovers?
- A reimagined ending where Eunho is still alive would also be so appreciated. 

 

Fandom Three 이븐 EVNNE
Characters: Terazano Keita, Park Hanbin

Keita has been my love since treasure box (we're not going to talk about it), and I am so happy that he is finally getting the love and attention that he deserves. I am single handedly trying to make the ItaBin tag happen on A03 so I will be happy to see anything Itabin. However, if you don't vibe that ship I am open to anything as long as Keita is there. I am a simple person with simple wants. 

Some ideas:
- Maybe something during BP or maybe after the final? 
- Some shenanigans
- EVNNE becoming a littol family would be so cute
- College AU 
- A bit of spice is always welcomed. 

 

Fandom Four 에스파 Aespa
Characters: Uchinaga Aeri / Giselle 

Very much like my Evnne love, I love all of Aespa but Giselle the most. I cannot even say how she caught my eye but I can't possibly take my eyes off her again. I honestly don't mind who she is paired with if you want to do a pairing because I love her with anyone. 

Some ideas: 
- Aespa being there for each other
- College AU 
- Rivals to Lovers AU 
- Sports AU 

 

Fandom Five 악마판사 Devil Judge
Characters: Kim Gaon, Kang Yohan 

I am quite late to the party with this one I have only just gotten around to finishing this. I loved it so much and with the director saying Gaon was a role that would traditionally be played as a woman and with the chemistry, how could I not want it but more gay? I love the push and pull between Gaon and Yohan and love to see what you will do with their dynamic. 

Some ideas: 
- Gaon and Yohan getting together, maybe secretly while the series was going on?
- AU where they are just lawyers and not in this dystopia 
- Honestly anything would be amazing.
